We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of users ("User", "you", or "your") when you use Wap2b with the WhatsApp Business API and Instagram Professional accounts (Business or Creator), both offered by Meta. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use these services through Wap2b.

You are the data controller for your end-customer data. Octet Logic acts as a data processor and processes this data solely to provide the services you have requested.

  • - Feature usage patterns, credit consumption, and subscription activity.
1.4) Instagram Publishing Data

When you purchase a subscription or add-on, payment transactions are processed by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your payment card details.   • - Legal retention: Billing records, transaction history, and data required by applicable law may be retained beyond the 90-day period.
